Sami Moughrabie is a multi-stage deep-tech investor with over 20 years of experience across venture capital and family offices, focused on quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, defence, resilience, and the commercialization of breakthrough scientific innovation. Recognized among the Top 10 University of Chicago Alumni in Tech, he is regarded as one of the leading deep-tech investors globally, with ATMOS Ventures ranked in the top 1% worldwide by DPI performance metrics. He has invested both as a GP and as an LP, including as a limited partner in numerous leading U.S. venture capital funds. He was also one of the earliest investors in Oxford Ionics, whose acquisition by IonQ became the largest quantum computing acquisition of all time.
Mr. Moughrabie currently focuses on technologies critical to European sovereignty and resilience, with a particular emphasis on AI, quantum, defence, energy, and strategic industrial infrastructure. He serves on the Management Board of the UK programme of NATO DIANA and advises governments, family offices, and technology companies on next-generation technologies.
